We are so happy to serve you and share our story and historic building in Dillon, CO with you! The past few years have been wild, and we are so thankful for your support as a Summit County restaurant in 2022.

Here are some things to remember when you dine with us:

  • We do not take reservations. It’s first come, first serve. You must be present to put your name on the list.

  • The Pub Down Under is first come, first served always. Pub specials are only available in the pub.

  • Happy Hour is from 4-6 every day and includes $1 off house wine, tap beer, and $5 wells.

  • Menu items and pricing are always subject to change!

  • We are so excited to see you in person and serve you the best breakfast in Dillon, lunch, and dinner in Summit County.

"This is one of the original restaurants in Dillon, started when Dillon was at the bottom of the lake. The food here is really good, the service was great. There is a full service bar with full restaurant offerings in the basement. This is a very popular place, so you may have to wait a while. Outdoor dining is available and very nice. Daily specials in the bar area are great. The Ribs and BBQ are excellent."
